Lono's Near Death Experiences
Product Details
In 1980, Lono Ho'ala and his wife were living in a small farmhouse near Penrose Colorado. The former owner was an electrician who had rewired the home, replacing old wires and fuses with modern Romex and a breaker box. When labeling the breaker box he inadvertantly switch the 220v breaker for the hot water heater which was located in the crawlspace with the 220v breaker for the oven. In that crawlspace was a sump pump that had failed, and the crawlspace had filled with water. Lono and his wife had a Labrador retreiver who had given birth to a litter of puppies, one of which managed to get under the house and drown. Lono had to crawl into that flooded crawlspace to retrieve its bloated, decomposing body. Because his wife had just put a new batch of bread into the oven, Lono decided to turn off all the breakers in the breaker box except for the one marked "oven", not realizing the labels had been reversed. When he entered the water he received a tremendous electrical shock that broke his back in 4 places, and did serious damage to his shoulders, hips, heart and brain. He recounts his exπerience of leaving his body and taking a journey "home" in what he calls a "River of Light."

Years later Lono suffered a second "death" when he collapsed carrying a box of files into an building in Bountiful Utah. That experience was much the same, except this time he was able to see what was happening to other people who were "dying."

There he encountered answers to all his spiritual questions like "Who is God?"; "Who are we?; and the nature and purpose of our lives in this dream we call our life. It is a fascinating story pregnant with spiritual understanding for anyone interested in knowing more about what it is like to die, and more importantly, why we live.
